  1. Skookumchuck Farm LLC's 100% Scottish Highland beef is sold by the 1/4 or 1/2 carcass. We may offer ground beef on occasion.

    All orders are custom cut by Heritage Meats to your specifications. The butcher can assist you in deciding what cuts and amounts would be best for your family size.
